Quotes and prices
Custom project prices are starting estimates in USD, excluding tax and delivery. The online shop uses the selected Shopify product and variant price, confirmed again before checkout. Your final quote identifies the blank, decoration size, quantity and any setup costs. Quotes are valid for seven calendar days, subject to stock confirmation. Existing accepted quotes take precedence.
Approval and payment
Online shop purchases are paid in full through secure checkout. For separately quoted projects, orders below $500 are normally paid in full. Orders of $500 or more normally require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before handoff. A larger deposit may be required to cover committed materials. Artwork, spelling, placement and dimensions require written approval. Digital color is a guide; physical color matching is separately scoped.
Turnaround and rush work
Production begins only after approval, the required payment and material availability. Weekends, holidays and shipping transit are additional. Rush production is subject to an available slot: 15% extra, $10 minimum. We confirm the ready date before accepting.
Local delivery and shipping
Scheduled local delivery within ten driving miles of the studio is $15 per stop, or included on orders of $300 or more on the scheduled route. We confirm the route date in your quote. Other distances are quoted. Carrier shipping is charged at the quoted cost, with unusual packaging listed separately. Individual gift shipments add $5 handling per address plus postage.
Event pickup
Pickup is available for an open T-shirt bar when you select and confirm that event’s pickup option. Regular online orders ship to you. This is an online studio, with no walk-in retail location.
Changes, cancellations and problems
Changes after approval may affect price and schedule. Before payment, we explain charges for completed design work and nonreturnable custom materials if you cancel. If we make a production error, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can arrange an appropriate remake or refund. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
Artwork and supplied items
You must have permission to reproduce the artwork you provide. Customer-supplied garments and objects are accepted only after review and an agreed treatment of spoilage. Extra artwork work is $60/hour, $30 minimum, approved before work. One proof revision is included with standard decoration.
Product care
Follow the care instructions supplied for your product. UV-DTF is intended for compatible, tested hard surfaces; it is not conventional vinyl stock or apparel decoration. Do not assume dishwasher, food-contact or permanent outdoor suitability unless specifically confirmed.
What happens after I request a quote?+
We review your artwork, product, quantity and deadline, then confirm the blank, price and schedule. You approve the final proof before we produce your order. A request does not commit you to a purchase.
When does the production clock start?+
After your proof is approved, the required payment is received and all materials are available. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping transit is additional. Your quote confirms the actual ready date.
Can I order just one shirt?+
Yes. Classic tees with a small DTF logo start at $24; Softstyle starts at $26. The selected blank, size and print dimensions determine the total. Matching bulk artwork is quoted as a run; separate locations, embroidery and screen setup are itemized.
Are DTF and UV-DTF the same?+
No. Apparel DTF is heat-applied to compatible garments. UV-DTF is applied to tested hard surfaces. UV-DTF is not conventional die-cut vinyl sticker stock and is not for apparel.
Can I collect my order?+
Pickup is by confirmed appointment only where available. We also offer local delivery and shipping. Contact us before visiting; we do not offer walk-in retail.
How do reorders work?+
Send your previous order number, contact email, new quantities and sizes. We check the saved specification and confirm current stock, pricing and timing.
Do you offer rush production?+
Priority rush is 15% extra with a $10 minimum per order. Eligible, in-stock products target 2 business days after proof approval, payment and materials are ready. Choose rush in your product or quote form; we confirm the slot and ready date before payment. Shipping time and expedited delivery cost are separate.
